• Provides oversight of membership records of the chapter

• Maintains records regarding the chapter roster

• Oversees the Standards Committee

Vice President of Communications

Madison Moore

• Chief Recorder and Correspondent of the chapter 

• Maintains and certifies a complete record of all chapter matters

• Custodian of the bylaws, minutes and administrative records, along with overseeing reports and marketing efforts

• Facilitator of communication with outside organizations

Vice President of Programming

Emma Mitchum

• Plans and oversees all activities and programs the chapter hosts or participates in (formals, professional development, competitions, speaking events, etc.)

• Plans and oversees all activities that the chapter hosts for the campus to participate in

• Chief Financial Officer 

• Responsible for all chapter funds, collection of funds, and disbursement of funds 

• Manages the purchasing for the chapter

• Coordinates fundraising events
